Our plan for disused garages: My garden backs onto the garages. What will happen to my boundary when the garages are taken down?

If the back or side walls of one of the existing garage blocks also act as your rear or side boundary, we will replace the wall with a 6ft fence. Any fences and gates also currently fixed to the garage walls will be re-fixed.
