*Greatwell Homes' customers receive a cheaper rate on their first garage. Refurbished garages start at £12.14 for customers and £15.64 for private rent. Non-refurbished garages start at £11.84 for customers and £14.54 for private rent. A direct debit and upfront payment of four weeks, plus a £50 refundable deposit is required prior to handover of keys.
