Incentives to becoming an involved customer!

We will always pay for travel costs or childcare to attend meetings.

As well as this we have introduced a new points-based system to reward our customers for their time and contribution to us.

Below shows you the activities and how many points you would earn.

Each April we will give you a reward based on the number of points you have achieved.

 

There will be three levels of rewards for involved customers at the end of the year which are as follows:

  • Between 5 and 45 points: No reward this year but points will be carried over to next year.
  • Between 50 and 95 points: You will receive a reward worth £50 and any points over 50 will be carried over to next year. g. if you get 65 points, you’ll get £50 and then 15 points carried over.
  • Over 100 points: You will receive a reward worth £100 and any additional points will be carried over to the next year.

 

You can choose the reward from the following options:

  1. Activities relating to Health and Wellbeing (Detail to be confirmed)
  2. Donating the value to a local charity or cause chosen by customers.
  3. Shopping vouchers.

 

This provides you with the choice to reward yourself, health and wellbeing or the local community for your attendance and achievements through involvement in addition to out of pocket expenses.
