We take complaints about neighbours and anti-social behaviour (ASB) very seriously. You can report issues or problems with your neighbours at the bottom of this page.
Our service standard
When you report anti-social behaviour to us, we will:
- Confirm that same day, the case has been opened
- Offer you a face-to-face meeting to discuss
- Complete an action plan with you to explain how we'll work to resolve the case
- Give you with a named case officer who will provide regular updates as agreed in your action plan.
We will try to resolve cases with informal actions, but where these are unsuccessful, or where behaviour is serious enough to warrant formal action as a first response, we will take formal action promptly.
Before we close your case, we will contact you to make sure you agree with this step (closure). You can find out further information below. To report a case of ASB, use the buttons at the bottom of this page.
