Coronavirus: What’s happening with repairs?

Last updated: 29th July 2020

We know that maintaining your home and dealing with repairs is one of the most important things to you so that’s why we have set out below the latest progress on our current repairs service.

Plumbing, Carpentry and Electrical works

We are currently working through the backlog of these jobs.

If you have an outstanding repair in relation to these trades, you will be contacted in due course. Please ensure that we hold correct, most updated contact information for yourselves – you can update these via your online account.

Please be assured that we are doing everything we can to get through the backlog of these jobs as quickly as possible, in order to allow for new requests.

We are still not accepting any new repair requests for these jobs at this time. We have to clear the backlog of jobs first.

Roofing repairs

We are now in a position to accept requests for any roofing repairs. You can do this via your online account.

Plastering jobs

Unfortunately, there is a national shortage of plastering materials due to the pandemic, so these jobs may take a little longer. But be assured that we are doing everything we can to get through the backlog of these jobs as quickly as possible to allow new requests.

Fencing works

Similarly, we are also having some delays with some groundwork jobs, mainly fencing works due to a shortage of timber. Again, please be assured that we are doing everything we can to get through the backlog of these jobs as quickly as possible to allow new requests.

Keeping you informed…

We will keep this page updated with any further news on the progress of repairs. We will also be posting updates on our Facebook and Twitter pages.
