Coronavirus: What’s happening with repairs?

We are now taking bookings for all repairs and you can book a slot via your online account. Please note that we’re expecting a high volume of bookings so it may take a little longer to get an appointment. We thank you in advance for your patience.

 

We know that maintaining your home and dealing with repairs is one of the most important things to you so that’s why we have set out below the latest progress on our current repairs service and when we’re likely to open bookings for certain jobs.

 

What repairs are currently open for bookings?

We’re now taking bookings for all repairs and you can book a slot via your online account. We are, however, expecting a high amount of repair requests so it may take you a little longer to get a booking. We thank you in advance for your patience.

Alternatively, you may be able to fix the problem yourself with the help of our handy DIY video here.

Due to a national shortage of concrete and fencing materials, we will not be taking any fencing or fencing related repairs over the next few months.
