Greatwell Homes takes fire safety very seriously as the wellbeing of our customers, their families and visitors are of paramount importance to us.
As a responsible social landlord, we have up to date and robust policies and procedures in place to ensure that we are compliant with our legal and regulatory obligations. This includes completion of a fire risk assessment on all our residential schemes and multi storey buildings through an independent suitably qualified and experienced person, with regular (six monthly) inspections carried out by a competent member of staff to ensure that this remains up to date and any actions and/or measures required have been identified and/or completed.
We will also make available to any customer living in our communal blocks and independent living schemes a copy of their relevant Fire Risk Assessment on request, and a member of staff will be available to answer any questions they may have.
