We’re delighted and proud to share that our customer satisfaction survey results increased in all 12 Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) from 2023/24 to 2024/25.

Greatwell Homes has announced its rents will increase by 2.7% from April for a majority of its tenants. The annual review has been set in line with the Government’s rent setting policy and regulatory standards for social landlords.

A tenant has been successfully evicted from a house in Finedon, Wellingborough, following a series of anti-social behaviour (ASB) complaints and illegal activities. The eviction was enforced after a court order was secured on 5 February, barring the tenant from entering the property after 20 February and granting possession back to Greatwell Homes.

Northants-based housing association, Greatwell Homes and creative organisation, Made With Many, teamed up to host a women’s empowerment workshop at Wellingborough African Caribbean Association (WACA) on Saturday 8 February.
