In February we achieved a TPAS (Tenant Participation Advisory Service) accreditation commending us for our approach to customer engagement and involving you in the decisions we make.
We are now recognised as one of only a handful of customer engagement experts in the country.
In order to gain the accreditation, TPAS took out a rigorous desk top investigation, as well as speaking to involved customers and staff.
As an organsiation, we invest heavily and put a lot of time and effort into involving our customers compared to other housing providers, and achieving this accreditation shows value for money and that our efforts are paying off!
