In partnership with Action for Happiness, and with the support of Greatwell Homes, North Northamptonshire Council and Wellingborough Town Council, Happy Cafes are a welcoming space where people can get together over coffee and learn techniques for living a more positive and happier life.
There are jigsaws and games plus mindfulness activities from the Co-op for you to join in with, or you can just come and have a chat.
Want to join in, meet people and have a cup of tea or coffee? Hot drinks are free and there’s usually something cooking too.
Join us at Happy Café this and every Tuesday and Thursday at ECO HUB, the home of Wellingborough Eco Group at Glamis Hall.
