Get Involved

Why is it important to involve customers in what we do?

How happy are you with how we run our services? What could we do to make you a proud, happy customer, living in a safe and green environment; and how can you help?

We want customers to work with us to help us create this vision of our communities.

We set this out in the 2022-2025 Corporate Plan ‘Live Greatwell’.

We want all our customers to engage with us. We are here to listen and we care!

We have a number of ways for you to find out more and help.

  • Customer groups and independent reviews
  • Customer surveys
  • Neighbourhood walkabouts
  • Feedback forms on the website
  • Social media pages
  • Contract tendering exercises
  • Groups looking at services for older people or underrepresented groups in our communities

We also hold a TPAS Landlord Accreditation for our work with customers which is an independent review against the National Engagement Standards.
