Mental health

Looking after your mental health is just as important as your physical health.

When your mental health is low, you may feel worried about friends and family, your health, your finances or a change of situation. You may even feel bored, lonely or frustrated. There are lots of helpful professional tools from organisations such as the NHS and the MIND charity to help you get through difficult times and you can find some of them here.

If you are struggling with your finances, contact us, as we may be able to offer you support.
