We are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Improvement Analyst to join our IT and Business Improvement Team at a really exciting time for the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who wants to make a difference by providing data analysis that is accurate, timely and insightful in order to assist the organisation’s decision making. The role will support the data transformation of the organisation, lead on the development of innovative reporting and statistical analysis with the aim to enhance customer experiences. You will establish professional working relationships and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide a proactive Business Improvement service, dealing with day to day requests as well as improvement projects.

Ideally, you will be able to bring innovation and new ideas to the role as well as looking to gain valuable experience in a working environment. You will have excellent attention to detail and communication skills that enable productive liaising with stakeholders.
