This is a fantastic opportunity for two Clearance and Clean Operatives to join the Association within our newly formed voids team who will provide and excellent service to both the organisation and our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Carrying out full property clearances and cleans on void properties in multiple locations
Lifting and shifting heavy goods within a team to include furniture and garden rubbish
Responsible for cleaning duties to include fridges, freezers, work tops, carpets etc

You will need to have experience of residential and/or commercial cleaning, along with experience and/or the ability to work with PDA’s to keep accurate and timely records of works you will be committed to delivering high quality service across multiple properties; because of this, the successful candidate must hold a valid UK driving licence.

This is an annualised hours contract. An average working week is based on 37 hours (net) per week. You will be expected to work a certain number of hours over the year (37*52 = 1924) but your working hours may vary from week to week and during peak times. Typically working hours fall within the framework Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17.30 but to meet operational needs you may reasonably be required to work outside of these hours on occasion
