This is a fantastic opportunity for a Multi-Site Caretaker to join the Association. The purpose of the Multi-Site Caretaker post is to help the Association meet its corporate objectives by providing a customer focused cleaning and minor maintenance service to our Independent living schemes and other properties within Greatwell Homes’ ownership or management.

This role will be providing a multi-site service to communal areas and walkways. This will include general cleaning including but not limited to (hoovering, mopping, wiping down of surfaces), ground based window cleaning, Bio hazard removal and specialist cleans when required, you will need to have experience of residential and/or commercial cleaning and minor general maintenance, along with experience of completing Health & Safety checks, fire safety checks and have a working knowledge of Fire Alarms.

The post holder will be the initial point of contact for our customers and will be committed to delivering high quality customer service across multiple sites; because of this, the successful candidate must hold a valid UK driving licence.

This is an annualised hours contract. An average working week is based on 37 hours (net) per week. You will be expected to work a certain number of hours over the year (37*52 = 1924) but your working hours may vary from week to week and from season to season
