As a member of the housing services team, you will be responsible for managing a neighbourhood ‘patch’ and will work as a team to deliver effective neighbourhood management including; void management, lettings, tenancy management, anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood improvement. You will report to the Housing Services Manager.
You will need strong housing management experience and a proven track record of delivering effective and efficient, customer centric housing services.
As a member of the team you will need to be self-confident and able to work off your own initiative. This is a demanding and challenging role so the need to work flexibly, collaboratively and under pressure whilst dealing with competing priorities and delivering results on time are a must.
