This is an exciting opportunity for a Qualifying Electrician to join Greatwell Homes as we establish our new in house voids team. We are looking for a Qualifying Electrician who will be responsible for the sign off of electrical certificates on behalf of Greatwell Homes. The successful applicant will undertake quality control of electrical works, undertake electrical checks and inspections, fault diagnosis, electrical and multi-task repairs and maintenance to our housing stock to both empty and tenanted property’s whilst working to a high standard. You will have substantial experience of working in a similar role, having achieved a high level of customer satisfaction. .

You will be fully qualified as outlined within the person specification for the role and have demonstrable experience in a qualifying role.

You must be able to demonstrate a flexible approach and should be able to work well on your own and as part of a team of multi skilled operatives. You’ll be IT literate with the ability to use mobile technology such as a PDA.

The successful candidate will be provided with a van and therefore a current driving license is essential. A flexible approach is required, as we operate an out of hours service/emergency callout on a rotational basis, which you will be required to participate in.
