The key aims, objectives and required outcomes of this proposed contract are to:
- Make use of reliable, cost-effective mobile connections that support our staff in delivering great services to our customers
- Increase services and efficiencies and improvements;
- Improve Customer and Staff Satisfaction;
- Achieve Value for Money;
- Develop a strategic partnership with a supplier who will deliver social value within the community.
