The way you can contact the housing team is changing

From Monday 4th April the Neighbourhood Housing Team will change from being patch based, to area based.

What does this mean?

Instead of one Neighbourhood Housing Officer being responsible for one area we now have a dedicated team of 4 to allow more presence on the estates and a better customer experience.

Along with these changes we also have 2 dedicated NHO’s who will be responsible for managing starter tenancies. Again, we believe this will improve a customers experience of being a Greatwell Homes customer for the first 12 months by having a dedicated officer to assist with any issues they may be experiencing, and will allow us to ensure more support is offered to sustain tenancies.

Please note we have two new emails for each patch. These will be effective from 4th April 2022. Emails will be visible for all officers within the area so no need to email an NHO direct anymore!

The areas have been split as below:

Area 1 – Hemmingwell & all Villages
