Thompson Court is closing

Our customer contact centre Thompson Court will close on 29th March 2019.

As part of the organisation’s transformation project, we have already introduced new ways for you to transact and engage with us such as daily direct debits to pay your rent, a new look website with new and improved information, as well as the new customer portal, where you can access your account online.

Now that we have alternative methods in place to engage with us, at the same time as the lease of Thompson Court was ending, the decision was made not to renew which results in the closure of Thompson Court.

In the run up to its closure, no payments will be taken at Thompson Court from 18th January 2019.

Those of you who usually pay at Thompson Court can easily set up a direct debit or standing order, or create your online account where you can pay your rent anytime, anywhere. If you have limited access to the internet or don’t have a bank account, you can pay via a Post Office or any other PayPoint with your Allpay rent card.

These changes will allow our team to be more visible within your communities. You can also make appointments with your Neighbourhood Housing Officer to visit your home to talk through any questions or concerns that you have.

You may already know that we have another office on Sheep Street. An appointment-only reception will be opened in these premises next year. More information on this will be announced nearer the time.

Our Training Academy and drop-in sessions will be continuing and these now take place at Wellingborough Library since we moved . Our drop-in sessions take place every Tuesday and Thursday from 1pm to 4pm. Payments will not be taken at the Library.

Register to your account

Your online account will allow you to pay your rent, view your rent account, report a repair, report problems with neighbours, see when your gas services is due and so much more! Go to: to register or download the app – search Greatwell Homes or @home.

You will need your tenancy number to register – this will be on your next rent statement which will be sent to you very soon!
