How can we make better use of spaces in your communities?
Greatwell Homes have launched Your Great Spaces which gives customers the chance to suggest ideas to make better use of areas near them. This could be to make the area more attractive, enhancing things such as playgrounds or making areas safer for residents.
We want to know what you would like to see from us and you can suggest your idea here>>
This project is running for the next 12 months and whilst all suggestions will be considered, our panel will take forward ideas that will benefit all residents around them, as well as providing the best value for money.
What is not included?
We will only be able to work on areas that we own and will not be taking suggestions for non-public spaces such as gardens. Due to our budgets, we are unable to take forward any large scale works such as new garages and/or parking, as this sits separately within the business with plans already in place.
What’s the process?
- You will suggest your idea
- This will be sent to the panel for consideration
- You will receive a response from us within 30 days on whether this will be taken forward
- If approved, we will start the works and keep you updated on its progress
