Greatwell Homes care about our customers and we want to ensure we design our services to meet your needs.

We’re eager to learn more about lifestyle, interests, values, attitudes and behaviours of our customers to be able to offer the best possible services.

From April, you may be contacted either by phone, or email by one of our partner search agencies. Maru may contact you via email to ask you to fill out a survey. They will email you from PFA Research will be taking out the surveys over the phones, in partnership with Maru. This company is based in Falmouth with the area code 01326 and could call anytime on weekdays from 9am until 7pm.

As thank you for completing this survey, you will receive a £5 Amazon voucher within eight weeks of completing the survey.

It’s highly likely that not all customers will be contacted, as customers will be contacted in batches. But if you do receive an email or phone call from either Maru or PFA Research, we would be very thankful if you could take some time to answer these questions.
