Customer Assembly

What do we do?

The Customer Assembly is a group of customers who meet twice month and work with us to discuss what matters most to customers.  There is usually around 10 customers on this group, and we are always looking for new voices to join. Take a look at what we do, and contact us if you are interested.


  • Look at performance information around repairs, customer satisfaction, complaints and more.
  • Make sure we’re listening to customers, by checking we do something with what customers tell us.
  • Make sure we feedback what we’re doing to customers. 
  • Look at existing services and create new services and policies with us.
  • Give out money to our communities through our community grants programme.

When do we meet?

We meet once a month online via a video call for a formal meeting with a board member, and once a month for an informal chat about what we are doing, making sure we are moving the the right direction and understanding how Greatwell Homes operates.

Since joining, I feel I have had the chance to collaborate with other members of the group, Staff and The Board at Greatwell Homes, making any required improvements to ensure the continued high level of service for all customers.

Our Customer Assembly work with us to make sure we meet all of the requirements set out by the government and the Regulator for Social Housing.

We also work with national Housing expert organisations to make sure we are doing the best we can.
