Our Lifeline Support Service provides a home alarm unit and wearable pendant linked to a 24 hour a day call monitoring operator provided by Tunstall response.
When needed the customer uses the pendant to raise an alarm and Tunstall response will provide support by contacting help from a relative, neighbour, friend, doctor or emergency service. This service provides piece of mind to both customer and relatives that they can access support as and when needed 24 hours a day.
