Thompson Court office continues to stay shut and our main office is shutting at 3 o’clock this afternoon. Are our customer services will be open until 4.30pm but please only call if there is an emergency. After this time, our out of hours service will be taking over our phone lines so again, please only call if you have an emergency.

We are experiencing heavy demand for our repairs service again today. We want to reassure you we are working hard to answer the phones and arrange for emergencies to be dealt with as soon as possible.
Any routine orders booked with contractors are likely to be rearranged so they can focus on emergencies and people who are considered vulnerable. Our contractors will be prioritising the most serious issues which affect the elderly and vulnerable.
There are lots of calls about blocked sinks because they are frozen. If this has happened to you please keep your heating on high and open your kitchen cupboard doors and leave them open. This will help to gently warm the pipes. Pipes are frozen due to the very unusually low temperatures we are experiencing across the country.
