We’re delighted to announce a new partnership with PH Jones.
They have over 59 years’ experience in the heating industry and are one of the market leaders with social housing. They are at the forefront of decarbonising customer’s homes and have safety as their top priority.
PH Jones will contact our customers directly when their boilers are due to be replaced and an appointment will be agreed between them.
Annual boiler services and repairs are taken out by our Greatwell Heating team and customers will be contacted by us directly when they are due their annual service or in relation to a repair/break down.
Loreen Herzig, head of property services and compliance at Greatwell Homes, said: “We’re delighted to be working in partnership with PH Jones, alongside our new service, Greatwell Heating.
“We will be responsible for the annual gas services and boiler repairs, and PH Jones will be responsible for the installation of new systems when they are due. Together, we will ensure that all our homes are compliant and that our customers can feel safe in their homes in what I’m sure will be a very successful partnership.”
