This month, we are starting renovation works on 116 homes on Nest Farm Crescent in Wellingborough to improve the look of the properties for those living in and around them.
The works will mainly be external but will also include the redecoration in communal stairwells and will take around 14 weeks, depending on good weather.
As part of the renovation project, our contractors CLC Group will be:
- Re-painting porches, Juliet balconies, timber soffits and fascias
- Washing down of plastic windows and doors, as well as guttering and down pipes
- Clearing out of guttering and moss removal from lower porch roofing
- Painting of walls, ceilings, doors and handrails in communal stairwells
Due to the nature of the works, there will be temporary scaffolding around the affected homes to ensure safe access. This means that there may be slight disruption to satellite reception but should only last half a day at a time.
