Government’s announcement: Our response

On Sunday 10th May, the Prime Minister gave a briefing where he announced the Government’s three-step recovery strategy to ease lockdown restrictions safely.

We would like to take this opportunity to make you aware that our services will continue as they are. As a reminder, we will only be taking out emergency repairs, gas servicing and grounds maintenance, the majority of staff will continue to work from home and we will continue to support our customers as much as we possibly can.

In light of the Prime Minister’s announcement we will continue to review the services that we deliver and will be working on ways to bring some of our other services back as safely as possible and adhering to social distancing and Government advice.

Our face-to-face reception at Sheep Street will remain closed for the foreseeable future. However, customers are still able to access their information, pay rent and contact us through their online account. If you’re struggling to pay your rent, there are ways that we can support you and you can find them here.

We know that these are difficult times but we would like to thank you for your patience and understanding over the last couple of months, as well as all of the lovely messages and comments that we have received.
